It depends on the package you choose.

Option 1:  emergency calls and auto generated alerts (via push notification, email) are directed to a professionla Call center, they will manage them accordingly.

Option 2: Family and or caregivers are the ones who manage calls and alerts, therefore no call center is needed for this option.

Yes it does!  Jsut make sure you bring the mobile telecare device with you when outdoors.  Emergency button will trigger a hands free call, and GPS will be sending position frequently.

The wristband is the core of our technology, so yes, it should be worn at all times.  Think about it: a bathroom visit during the night, with no visibility and an asleep user, sounds familiar? Yes, wristband should not be removed during nights, baths, etc…  It is 100% waterproof.

Also, we have automatic alerts (to users and relatives) when we detect the user is not wearing it, to prevent this risk situation.

Wristband has a 2 year battery duration.  Wall sensors are grid connected and therefore do not have batteries.

Mobile telecare device has a 24 hour battery life, and can be always connected to power.

We will detect is a sensor stops working, do not worry.

If its a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.

No, our system is connected via 3G SIM, so dont need Internet, not even phone land line!
